Surrounded by golf clubs, very close to the famous Maroubra surf beach, and not far from the iconic Coogee, Bronte, Tamarama and Bondi beaches, it’s hard to believe Prince Henry at Little Bay is just 20 minutes from Sydney’s bustling CBD. Even the ‘Shire’ is only 35 minutes drive to the south.

We have our own shopping village comprising a grocery store, restaurants, medical centre, laundry/dry cleaner, gym, dentist and much more. For your weekly grocery shop, Pacific Square Maroubra and Southpoint at Hillsdale are close by. Also within easy reach you’ll find a broad range of food, fashion and lifestyle choices at Westfield Eastgardens and Bondi Junction, and Royal Randwick Shopping Centre.

Step outside your front door and you’re spoilt for choice. The coast walks are breathtaking and invigorating, and the bush walks to be found in and around Kamay/Botany Bay National Park will certainly not disappoint.
