The Litte Bay Coast Centre for Seniors is a strong and vibrant community for seniors aged over 55. Since the Coast Centre was established in 1994 it has won a number of awards for services to the community.

The Prince Henry Community Website is owned and operated by the Prince Henry at Little Bay Community Association (PHCA). Website funding is subsidised by sponsors, who generally comprise local businesses.
The website was created initially as an information portal for owners and residents. Since going live in November 2012, the subscriber base has grown exponentially since then.
The website audience comprises, in the main, Prince Henry owners and residents, managing agents of Prince Henry’s various apartment blocks and neighbourhood associations, local politicians and government departments, neighbouring businesses and other interested parties.
From time to time each of our subscribers are emailed current information on what is happening in Prince Henry Little Bay. You can subscribe at any time to receive updates directly to your inbox. To subscribe complete the form at the foot of this page.
From time to time, sponsors’ logos will appear in updates and each sponsor may provide an update on their business activities for inclusion in the update.
A website subcommittee appointed by the PHCA Association Committee oversees website edits and updates.
